Social Convention develops original multi-artform performance work, experiences and parties setting them in inclusive spaces that encourage the cathartic, the communal and the transformative. We designed and launched a new website and marketing design in collaboration with House9, who thoughtfully developed the complex site with unique features and evolved the visual identity. In future development is a digital platform model or “culture gym subscription” for the creative and curious.

My strategic work as Creative Director was to build a bold, juicy brand identity and design vocabulary, create unexpected pathways to experience culture, curate disruptive new artistic work and foster relationships with distinctly diverse audiences. I designed the signage and wayfinding for the recently opened a brick and mortar venue and artist studio in London, which extends the brand to large-scale physical experience. A big question we are playing with is how do we make more social, immediate, sensation-rich live events for a global, blended digital and physical audience?
