For over 15 years, I've been a multidisciplinary designer, creative director, strategist and producer focused on arts, culture and social impact. I've worked in all different forms, styles and scales, led design, media and marketing teams for organizations, universities and startups. My training is rooted in generative, inclusive design frameworks for brands, products and experiences. What if the product is your own life?

My joyful and stimulating coaching approach is based in design thinking, somatic and gestalt methodologies, suited for those in need of reflection of the firecracker that you are. Hi! I am Aziz.
I am a creative executive, a designer and an illustrator among many other things that bring me joy, curiosity and wonder. I’ve built creative teams, led organizations and unleashed creativity in a variety of businesses and teams.
I am currently building an independent fashion brand, theother.style, which I co-founded in 2021. But most notably, I am the former CEO of Kickstarter, and prior to that, I was a Creative Director and Vice President of Product Experience at Refinery29.
My personal mission is the unlock the potential of creatives around me and across the world - unlocking who they are, driving conviction in their point of view and getting my hands dirty with them in the opportunities, challenges and obstacles that they experience. I believe the world need more creative leaders so Piama and I are here to help unlock them one creative at at a time.
